All orders placed are considered as confirmed orders; we can make any changes after the order has been processed or dispatched. If you need to make changes to any of your orders, you can contact us on social media or email us at support@reana.pk. Any order which doesn’t have complete information will be cancelled accordingly.
Order Refusals
REANA.PK reserves the right to refuse any order without any reason or due to history of refusing cash on delivery orders in past. In most of cases if someone has refused to delivery twice in past, we will not send new orders.

Shipping Damages / Broken Item
REANA.PK take the best possible measures in packaging our products, however since some of the beauty items/accessories are very delicate there is a possibility of damage while the order is dispatched. In such a scenario, if something is damaged by the shipping company during the transit, you need to contact us as soon as possible after receiving those items. Please note that we will not return or exchange such items but we will provide you a discount coupon in accordance with the damage. We will require 7-10 business days to settle these claims.
